There was a hole through both layers located by the left, upper corner of the reflector logo. I emailed photos to customer service. They said they had to get approval from Weatherbeeta for any credit. Why isn't Horseloverz taking care of customer's needs...it is about how Horseloverz focuses on customer service. IT DOESN'T FOCUS ON CUSTOMER CARE. NOT GOOD!!!!!

Nice mask, has worn a hole in the ears in less than 1 season of use. Very big on my 14HH Paso Fino, Cob usually fits well but this is huge

I like these bridles! Nice leather for the price. My only complaint is the sizing is funny- I had to buy Cob Cheeks to make my Horse size fit my Warmblood. Later I ordered a Cob thinking it would run large like my Horse size... opposite problem! Cob size was tiny! If you can sort out sizing it's a nice piece of tack.
