Boots were great, but HorseLovers sent me a pair of boots 3 sizes smaller than I ordered, and then would not swap them out with the size I ordered. Claimed they were now out of that size and refused to offer me a substoitute! Bad business!!

Horse Lovers sent me a pair of boots that was 3 sizes smaller than I ordered and then refused to swap out with correct size. Would only give me a credit for the sales price, and not get me the correct size which they stated that they had when I ordered them.

Not show season yet in Ohio, so I have not had the opportunity to try them out. They feel good on the foot. I wish they had more tread on the bottom, as I show halter and cant be slipping around.

These boots came to me a full size larger than I ordered. I ended up ordering 3 pairs before a pair fit me, which was the first size I ordered. Please do not automatically send these boots in a different size. They might run small to some people but to me, they were exactly the correct fit in the original size I first ordered. What a waste of time to have to keep ordering. The boots are comfortable, sturdy, and well made.
