The H&L web-site is well-designed and provides helpful photos of the products. The products are very high quality and are reasonably priced. My most recent purchase of a rug was my 4th from this company and I've been completely satisfied with every purchase.

This is my third rug, I absolutely love the rugs - the first rug I bought 3 years ago still looks great. I love that they are so easy to take care of, I throw mine in the washer and dryer and come out beautifully.

Although I had to return this rug due to the color, it was a very nice rug, thin enough to be machine washable, and a good quality! The customer service before I made my purchase was unlike any other company! Personal emails and phone calls to help me make my decision . You don’t see this anymore. A great customer service company!!!

Scott was BEYOND helpful and considerate. Today, you do not experience this type of customer service. Seems like a thing of the past. This is a high-quality woven rug. Robot vacuum can drive over it and not tangle it up. I do use the rug pad sold by hook and loop. Really brightens up my bedroom!

I had some issues getting PayPal to go through but it might have been my wifi connection. I really appreciate able to buy a sample of the rugs to check for color accuracy. This is the company I have needed for a long time and I'm glad I found Hook & Loom! Thanks and keep up the good work!

A very well-constructed, thick and solid rug with no blemishes (knots, loose threads, or extraneous threads) and no discolorations. The price was very reasonable, especially for a rug that meets these qualitative standards. A great value.
