The organization of the site made it easy to see all color options, find available sizes, and obtain information, including reviews. Pay Pal made it quick to check out. The rug and pad were well packaged and arrived quickly. There were no chemical odors. I am pleased with my purchase and will order from them again.

The site is easy to navigate and lists all the information for each product, with great photos of the overall rug and up close views to see the detail of the weave. The colors are very accurate on the computer as in person. Reviews are great to have on the site as well although I was only able to view the first few for each product.

Just what we expected - true to color and shape, and well-made. Is thin so it fits under the door. The fact that it is washable is particularly helpful. We expect it to last for years. Don't think you can go wrong with cotton. Will shop at Hook & Loom next time we need a carpet.

A nice rug with nice color. Bought it knowing that it was bigger than what I needed thinking it would shrink enough when washed but think it would be tough ask, so I will just use it somewhere else and enjoy.

I have bought many rugs from Hook and Loom and they are a great option for something eco-friendly and healthy for your air quality while on a budget. The rugs themselves don't hold up super well. they are difficult to vacuum and they do collect lint and dirt pretty easily. But it's worth it for the price. The color on this teal one is beautiful.
