Love the rug and pad. It has an ethnic quality so it look as though it has passed down thru the ages. I have several rugs from Hook and Loom, they are very well made and wash well.

We found and purchased a rug. The rug was shipped to us pronto. The rug was too big for the intended room. We were able to arrange the return of the rug and pad for a refund. Great Customer Service.

Happy to support you and your continued growth so you can make even more truly organic, sustainable products!! The only feedback is that our delivery timeline didn't match what you had in your system. One portion of our delivery was delayed for several days via FedEx, while your emails to us reflected that the order had been completely delivered. Small hiccup but a bit frustrating. Perhaps ensure that the information from FedEx is replicated in your system?

It was very convenient purchasing this rug pad alongside my cotton rug. I love that they have every obscure size available. The rug pad was also sized perfectly to where I didn't even need to trim the edges for fitting. I love just the right amount of cushion it provided while still clearing the door's height, as we used it for our front entry.

So excellent that Hook and Loom has swatches available for a very nominal fee to ensure the customer can make a terrific selection and be satisfied with the purchase. Love these rugs It is also very helpful for the descriptions regarding how to select the best suited weaves .

The skid mat is needed to prevent falls from a slipping and moving rug. This purchase was for an in-home office and I work with older clients who aren't as agile so this skid mat is protection as well. The skid mat works well but will roll under my rug on my wood floor. I can use double-sided sticky tape but then I have to remove them each time I need to shake out my rug, also it can cause a mess on my wood floors.

The non skid rug pad is great for holding the rug in place. We tried not having the rug pad but it stops the rug from slipping and bunching up.

Turned out we didn't need this and no longer have it on the floor. We wanted it to keep the dog from skidding the rug eveywhere. But he does it anyway.
