High quality, sturdy rugs. I have already washed these twice and put them in the sun to dry. They held up perfectly! We are a household with fur babies so I wash rugs regularly. I will only buy rugs from Hook and Loom from now on.

Wonderful experience from purchase to delivery. Before my order shipped I was contacted because one of the rugs was a tad different shade of blue from the others and they wanted to be sure it was OK before they shipped. You NEVER experience that type of customer service anymore. So, besides the rugs being excellent quality, the customer service will keep customers coming back again and again! I'll be a Hook and Loom customer for life!

I ordered 2 Hook and Loom rugs for my parents and loved them so much, I came back and ordered 2 for myself. The prices are so reasonable and the quality is very high. I always look for eco-friendly products first and this company has that going for it as well so couldn't be happier purchasing from them!

Easy to pick a rug that will meet my needs! It's nice to see a place that makes rugs that I can use in my kitchen and wash as needed. These rugs are pretty, look very well made, and should be a nice addition to our decor. I'm looking forward to receiving my order!
