Before placing my first order on 3/11/23 I tried phoning to speak to someone to clarify if I should order a right or left handed dummy lock. No one answered. I phoned Schlage directly, spoke to a human, ordered left handed per their guidance. Paid you for expedited shipping. Item arrived 5 days later and it’s the wrong one. Phoned you today, spoke to a human who “will refer my message” but not to anyone who has any knowledge about the item. I am ordering right handed dummy lock today without expedited shipping. By the time it arrives, it will have taken 2 weeks. Had someone answered the phone I could have received the correct item $20 less in 5 days. I HOPE SOMEONE REALLY DOES CONTACT ME SO I CAN RETURN THE LEFT HANDED DUMMY LOCK AND GET A FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING COST.
