Got sent the wrong wiring harness. Difficult to get assistance via email only. Still without the proper wiring, and cannot use the high beams at this time. USPS took 8 days to deliver the order when I paid for 3 day shipping, not a reflection of HIDnation but I would prefer they used a more competent shipper than the post office.

Fast, easy, and accurrate by make/model. Would have been helpful to know that I only needed a relay and cancellers for the high beams on a 2019 F-150 Lariat with factory halogens. Would haveade installation faster, and purchasing easier.

Garbage product was not even pinned out just random plugs and loose pins in a box.. no support or instructions provided. I paid for 1 day shipping and got them 5 days later.

Site is nicely designed easy to navigate and great prices. Came quickly install is simple and a nice upgrade from factory and I think they are better then led bulbs because led bulbs didnt light the sides of the road like these do.

Did not have a problem at all with the ballast they turned right on and kept the lights bright.

It does not give a full description on if you need a relay harness but the site is easy to navigate. After receiving the product there were problems from the start. The harness was fine it worked like it should but the light themselves had a short that caused the high beams to not work.

I had no idea what to expect when making this purchase so I am indifferent. they were small, however, allowing me out easily find a place to ziptie the contraption to my engine. if you're not sure if you need this, buy it, you do. get the slim one that way you can fit it nicely in your engine bay.
