Again, worthless instructions for an install. Horrible customer service, return policy is ridiculous.

You don't clearly state what is all needed for a conversion from halogen to led. You don't send directions on how to install them along with the wiring that you need to do. Seeing as plug and play doesn't actually exist unless you've already paid some one a bunch of money to do the wiring before hand, or you bought the car with the conversion kit already installed!! Plug and play.... What a joke! My boyfriend and I have been trying to figure this out for weeks! I will never buy from this company again.

Easy to search. And fast to get what's needed. I just need another light, because the ones I received has only one that works at the moment. Sorry, but I love the product and have used. The company many of times. And plan to use again. Just need to get one of the two lights asap. Thanks

I would rate it higher except one of them doesn't click to the Toyota clip and keeps turning off when I drive because the connection keeps coming apart. The other one works perfect. I also think the lack of any documents to show how to connect what where is a drawback in a major way.

Worst lights ive put in a vehicle id rather stick with halogen bulbs or go with HID like i have in the past for my first set of leds very disappointed and never going back

the warning cancelers dont work and you cant even see a difference when dims and brights switch and there not very bright

Easy online purchase. Great deals. The products look great on my truck. Shipping took several days longer (might have been due to George HW Bushs death. The USPS might have shut down on the delivery day). Only had 2 bulbs (921 bulbs) that had some quality issues. 1 was loose in the base and the other had a row of lights out. They still work though.
