I ordered this for my mother, for mothers day. The delivery was not delivered until after 5pm. My mother was living in a nursing home, her health was failing. Needless to say she did not get to enjoy tge flowers as she was already asleep. She was normally awake in the mornings and by late afternoon sleeping. I called around noon to ask when they would be delivered. Was told that they didn't know, and it would be before the end of the day. Unacceptable response in my opinion. My mother passed away 7 days later.
I will not be using this florist to supply flowers for her funeral, as delivery before the end of the day really would not be good enough.
