I have had the most frustrating time with this machine. Personally. Right out of the box, it seems the issues started. I watched videos, tutorials, and spoke with other designers who have years of experience. Im not sure if because I had a Mac, it not too compatible but, the cuts have ruined material, even after test cut was done great! It will not correctly pickup registration marks. I adjusted lighting, tried different copies and if it finally decides to read them, Ive lost so much time. I tried to contact customer service with HPN who told me yo contact Silhouette. Who basically told me to contact HPN. So, I feel had I known this, I would have opted for a more expensive cutter. I figured, it could do everything I needed. This is for my business and I personally feel, I wish there would have been someone to give me options based on the goal attempting to achieve. Now almost 300$ wasted, when for just a little more, I could have a bigger, more efficient machine, to just do what I paid for it to do, and cut material.
