I love the product! I did not do my nails much before because I am so hard on my hands and polish, even with top coats, would chip in a day. My nails are very soft and tear easily, however, with haute polish as a protectant, I am able to keep them at a longer length, and the polish lasts much longer. It's a very easy process. I used rubber bands last time when using the remover to make sure the remover was making contact with the nail and the polish came off so easily.
