It's been almost 2 months since I notified the company about my damaged and or missing parts, I still don't know if they even got around to my email with the pic of the broken part, so I wonder everyday if I will receive a package to replace the lost or damaged items since it takes them forever to respond.

I contacted the company within 3 days of receiving my damaged FedEx package to inform them I was missing the end caps and S hooks. It took them over a month to respond and I’m still waiting for the parts to come (it’s been almost 2 months now)

The cushion on my swing that was purchased in April is bunching up at the bottom making it uncomfortable under the leg area. It seems to need more padding or firmer padding. I have owned these swings for 20 years and this is the first time I have experienced this problem. The swing itself is great, it's just a problem with the cushion. I emailed customer service but have not received a response.

I ordered this swing mistakenly thinking that the wooden frame comes with it as it does in the picture- don't be misled! When I realized this was $430 for a cushion and metal chains I requested a refund. Customer service told me they would send me a return label by email and that I would be issued a refund once they received the return shipment. Now, nearly a month later, I never received the shipping label and have 3+ email and phone attempts requesting a return label. They have not even bothered to respond to ANY of my follow ups. This company does not honor refunds nor provide basic customer service. Be warned if you order this product and aren't pleased with the product you probably won't get your money back.
