Love it but too long. Had to retie every knot with my arthritic hands. I asked them if they could do it but was told it wasn’t their policy.

Too long had to retie all the knots to shorten it which was already hard but with arthritic thumbs and writs it was awful. I asked if the company could do it but they said it wasn't their policy.
