Purchase: Tri beam hammock stand. It's heavy gauge pipe and wide stance provide stability. There is some movement as the parts secure together with one of those quick push pin springs. I guess you could drill holes and secure it tight with nut and bolt. As I expected the hooks the chains hang on are rubbing right through the powder coating. Overall happy with my purchase

Easy to assemble/disassemble; sturdy; as advertised! This product would be made MUCH better if, offered either as standard or as an accessory, there was a heavy duty storage bag in which the frame could be stored.

This is my second stand from Hatteras. The first one lasted over 30 years and several moves. It is very strong, strong enough to hold my 300#+ weight and even two people in my extra large hammock. My Hatteras hammock is still in good shape from over 30 years ago. I don't leave it out in the weather. Products are worth the price paid as they work well and last a long time. You get what you pay for!
