The process of sorting the application online with follow up calls form you has been simple, effective, time friendly and hassle free. Harmoney is so much more user friendly and personable than going through more traditional methods such as banks, who tend to make you feel guilty for asking for assistance, and almost criminal the extent to which they question and analyse you. At no time through both of my experiences with Harmoney have I been made to feel embarrassed or a nuisance, as has happened with banks in the past.
