Good Morning, Both of these mortise latch sets are junk. They have both broken within two weeks of them being installed. I have had to purchase other lock sets---at significantly higher prices, but at least they work. Your product does not. The latch tongues get trapped inside the lockset frame and will not come back out. Why are you selling such junk? I would like a refund. $80-$90 in wasted money. James Harvey

Worked great I bought 10 as the bases tend to break around the holes and none of the ones sold in the local stores have the same hole centers

Very attractive and good quality hinge. I used them on a pine cabinet. Wish the screws had been longer considering the soft wood. I found some other loner #6 wood screws that did the job.
