The old Counterbalance developed a very severe ‘bend’; causing me to have to use a fastener to keep the access ladder door shut. The part(s) arrived in a timely fashion. The instructions were very easy to follow. I had to replace both sides and did so in around 30-45 minutes. Took my time to make sure it was done correctly and safely. The attic door now acts like it should.
