installation instructions not easy to follow, had to convert mm measurements to inches. can not get the flap door to close, although it does open slowly. it appears that the arm assembly is binding and not coming to full set close.

This is really slick. The instructions were difficult to comprehend, but we finally managed and are so very pleased with the result. I turned an old set of bookshelves into a sewing cabinet for both serger and regular machines. I used another set of hardware for a support shelving system underneath, but your product ensured that the drop-down lid slid quietly and slowly into place.
