My wife wanted an under cabinet spice rack drawer and saw several on various social media sites. I was able to search and found these that match what I saw in the picture descriptions. They are a quality product, but it would be nice if there was some type of instructions that a lay person could use. Having built a few things in my life I was able to figure out how they mount to work best.

This was exactly the hardware I was trying to find to make my Under Cabinet Knife holder. I looked for days trying to find this and it popped up on an add with a picture of exactly what I was looking for. Targeted ads can be annoying, but this time it paid off! I bought a wood pull down knife rack decades ago. Moved, this rack no longer available. Was thrilled to find these hinges, so hubby can make me a new knife rack.

I didn't want to pay the price for a completed under cabinet book holder, so I made my own for holding my diabetes log and supplies. These were exactly what I needed and the same day I received them it was installed.

Hinges seem to be sufficient for intended purpose but purchaser must attain longer machine screws as the ones provided are not long enough to penetrate bottom of cabinet and through hinge and have any thread for the provided nut. 1/2 inch cabinet bottom and 1/2 inch machine not long enough unless you counter sink screws 1/4 inch to get the nut on and then there's only 1/4 inch of stock left to support drop down rack. They should have been 3/4 inch long minimum. So you will have to purchase longer screws to install under cabinet. Really disappointed they didn't provide the actual hardware needed for proper install.

These are hard to find hinges and are way over priced for what you get. They hold under no load but ultimately are flimsy and don't stay in the full up position with minimal weight.
