We have a Mastiff with severe hip dysplasia. He has lost so much of his mobility. Brings me to tears seeing him up and walking again. He was even trying to run after having his chair a couple days! He is so happy and so are we!

Very difficult, emotional decision to have to make, putting our dog in a wheelchair. Our Mastiff was an in between size, so I called customer service and Morgan was amazing! She helped me pick the correct size and asked me to send her pictures and a video to make sure he is set up correctly. Phenomenal company and product!

We are a little slow getting started with our Walkin Wheels due to family illness and a pulled muscle. But so far we love the device and the freedom it give our three legged Hensley pup. We are continuing to fine tune the fit and our pup is getting accustomed to the device. He is really in a debilitated state from not being able to walk so he is also building up his stamina to go for longer walks.

The large Walking Wheels wheelchair was perfect for our Grizzly! As an adopted rescue who suffered a horrid rear leg fracture that was not cared for, this device has provided him with a whole new mobility and joy in walking! He now knows as soon as the harness comes out- its time to roll! Thank you to everyone who was so helpful in getting the correct measurements to get the right product and the shared desire to help our beloved furry family member! We love it and all of you! Alison

Quick and easy! After placing my order they took the time to call personally and help me to ensure we were submitting the proper measurements. I was so appreciative and impressed with the time they took to talk with me personally. The product arrived days before the projected date and was easy to assemble. Videos were so helpful in their instruction to fitting it to our dog's size and getting him in it easily the first time. Thank you!!!

My 10 year old German Shepard female who has myopethy and is paralyzed in the back end got it right away, could turn, and more importantly play her favorite sports football. The second day she carries on and barks when she gets ready to be hooked up and regain her mobility. It is a god-send. Love to see her play and be very happy in the Twighlight of her life. Our Lab has IVDD and we are doing cold laser therapy. The wheelchair provides him a way to help strengthen his leg as he goes through treatment. He was hesitant at first, now he goes nuts when we bring it out and he can’t wait to go for walks again. It’s been wonderful to see him so full of life again

Called to get help with setup and sizing. Took a little bit to get the harness fit to my dog. Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable, got it set up with their help

In my first week of trial with my pup and working with a wonderful specialist to get the fitting correct. But my pup is not afraid of it and the product is SO WELL built. Already Cooper sees the future benefits and he is already rejuvenated and happy. Will come back in a few months but so far so GREAT.

The only negative I have about this wheelchair is the effort it takes to get the dog in and out of it, as he weighs 160 pounds. Don't have a suggestion how such could be improved or made easier.

We purchased this wheelchair for a very large dog with hip dysplasia. While once we get him in it, works great, and he so seems to enjoy being able to walk around, it is difficult for us "parents" to get him in it, we believe because of his size. I can see how exciting this wheelchair would be and work for dog parents of much smaller animals.

WEB SITE SAYS IT SHIPS SAME DAY OR WITHIN 2 DAYS AND WHEN I CHECKED OUT IT ESTIMATES DELIVERY AT 6 DAYS BUT NEED A CAHIR FOR HER AND FAST SO HOPING I HAVE IT BY WEDNESDAY

Would recommend this product. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the metal pegs that pop in and out of the holes for adjustments do not work all that well. There is one on ours that keeps getting stuck in the tub and the only way to fix it is to take it apart and stick a screwdriver down the aluminum tub to pop it back into place, we haven't been able to get the exact fit we would like because we can't get the peg to pop correctly. That being said, the over-all product is good and is helping our dog immensely!!

I can't lift my 120 lb. rotty into the chair. It takes 3 to 4 people to get her into it. It is a great product otherwise. Once she is strapped in she can move but only backwards.

Apparently my order got lost in the mail so it took about 10 days to get it after I paid $75 for a 3 to 5 day shipping period that was advertised. Once I contacted the company the order came in 2 days.
