I have called several times over shipping issues. My calls have never been returned. If there is a problem with this order this will be my last ORDER!!! Horrible customer service! One lady took down my name and number said that someone would call me back and they never did. As I am writing this I am regretting placing another order, My shipments are always days and even weeks late!! Plus the fact that when I have called with a problem no one calls me back I find this very rude and I am extremely upset.
