My previous Hai blow dryer weighed next to nothing which hairstylist’s need if they don’t want to get tendinitis in their elbows and all kinds of problems. This one is extremely heavy! Would not recommend at all

Mobile web experience could be better. I kept seeing the same banner to purchase other products (and one of them was a product that was already in my cart). I wish I could decline some cookie tracking instead of agreeing to all. I don't like seeing ads for Hai literally on every other webpage with an ad. I wish you had a diffuser I could buy, especially if it could be a bundled price with the hair dryer I bought. It's inconvenient to look for a diffuser elsewhere and make it fits and works with the hair dryer. When I got the hairdryer, two-thirds of the delivery box was filled with filler/packing material. It's a waste even though I got my product safely.
