My hair stylist used this flat iron on me 14 years ago when I was a senior in high school. And I have been hooked on it ever since. This is the best flat iron I have ever used. I keep two at all times that way God forbid something happened to one I have a spare. I have one to a friend of mine years ago and she loved it. It makes my hair smooth and shiny. I’ve tried other flat irons and they don’t compare. I am a life long customer.

I’ve owned this straighter or an exact older model of it for about 8 years! I LOVE IT! It’s still going strong. My friends with curly hard to straighten hair always want to use it. It’s worth every single penny!

Could not believe my eyes when I saw 4+ star review?! A relative bought this straightener for me, as she loved using it in her salon. Less than a year later both of our cords (where it connects to the straightener) stopped working. I tried to contact this company, but their "Contact Us" page leads to and "error". v convineint..? .. if that in itself doesn't speak volumes.. Do yourself a favour, save money, save the hastel, buy from a different company. I never leave bad reviews, sorry HAI.

Love this flat iron. I had to replace my old HAI because it died after over 15 years of use on a daily basis. Service was great and I received my new in a matter of days! I have fine thin hair and this one doesn’t fry my hair. Highly recommended

I have been using this flat iron for more than 10 years. I would be lost without it and bought another as a backup to take on vacation. It glides through your hair! LOVE this product

This flat iron glides smoothly through my hair and I’ve actually been able to use it on a lower setting than my other flat irons. I love how it quickly smooths and shines my hair.

I tried my new hai straightener but it doesn't feel like the first one I bought but still I guess it kinda works as a matter of fact in order for me to feel my hair done I had to used my old one too..

I bought my first hai straightener almost 3 years ago and for some reason this second one I bought doesn't gave me the same results it makes my hair a little bit less straight and kinda puffy I had to passed the straighter almost 5 times and I have to used my old one in order to see good results but I guess I can say it works a bit
