I’ve had this same straightener in the past and it just died after about 10 years! I wanted to get the same one again and it hasn’t disappointed me. The pads come together without having to squeeze it which makes it so much easier to use. Works smoothly!

The best flat iron I’ve ever used. I’ve replaced my flat iron a few times. But I’ve been using the classic convertable for about 20 years now. It leaves my hair sleek and shiny.

This product is useless. It constantly goes off. You have to adjust the cord for it to turn on. Do not waste your time or money. I paid extra to have flat iron delivered quicker. Another waste of time....I received it 5 days later. I sent an email and I'm still waiting to hear back. I sent flat iron back and I am still waiting for my refund.
