The packaging the ring was placed in was dirt and had black smudges on the boxes. And the was also glue visible. I personally just care if the ring was in good shape and it was but you may want to do a better job on quality control in the area. I also selected the extra payment for faster shipping but then only received general shipping haha. Anyhoo. Cheers
