I was skeptical about the low price of the A20 headset on this site compared to everywhere else. However, I did end up jumping into it. And I was glad I did. Ordering was easy. Communication emails from GCA was always on point whenever there were updates. I am sure to come back and order my general aviation needs from them. I don't know if they are only based out of the east coast, but if so, I hope and wish they open locations on the west as well.

I was very impressed with your entire process from website to ordering to delivery. My only caveat would be with the product description. The headphones I purchased for my son (Bose A20) didn't work on one of the Piper's he's training on due to a mono only issue. (Apparently it's a known issue but he and his CFI are new and weren't aware of this.) Fortunately, he and his instructor decided not to take off that day, but he missed a day of flight training as a result.
All the other Piper's are capable of stereo and his A20 works great on those. I don't recall seeing this issue noted anywhere. That'd be helpful (or made more prominent if I managed to miss this notice, which is likely because I'm new to the industry).
