Shipping info was provided but nothing actually shipped for about a week. The bank said this was very common to happen with scams. No communication was received from the seller (for about a week) then suddenly things started working. I'm not sure if this is because the post office didn't pick the package up for a week, or if the bank dispute was what got things going (we really though this was a scam). I'm glad to finally have the part I ordered.
