The person who used to order these for us was no longer with our organization, so there was a fair bit of back and forth to get the design right. Check your proof very carefully, but all in all a good purchase, and the delivered product is very good. Very happy with their customer service, always polite and prompt. We would order here again.

Communications with the customer service could be improved. The main person assisting me kept emailing me without following their internal protocols (copying the customer service team) and the other team members sort of chastised me for not replying to all when there was no one else in the email chain.

The lapel pins are of great quality. I was apprehensive when I placed the order because of a few miscommunications with the vendor. They offered some alternative ways for me to see the sample vs sending over a handful of them to me. Overall, the purchase was great. Thank you!
