This is my second time purchasing lapel pins from GS-JJ and it goes without saying that you all offer the best of everything: customer service and quality. I would like to take this moment to thank Cathy and Fay. We were in constant email communication in which they always responded in less than an hour anytime from 5 AM to 10 PM. They respectfully also listened to my circumstances and were generous to offer me a good price on my order. At no point did I feel hesitant about asking them to edit the logo or for an offer, I felt respected and listened to at all times and for that, I will be sure to recommend GS-JJ to my colleagues and partner companies.
