I'm really happy with the pins I received from GS-JJ and they exceeded my expectations! I really appreciate Ella's help throughout the process as I had a concern about the colors I chose and the metal I wanted. Ella thoroughly addressed the concerns I had and even sent me a second proof with an alternate option that I could consider. We had custom lapel pins done. Franny was just amazing, I was in a huge rush and was very annoying, and received nothing but friendly, excellent service! The lapel pins are perfect and everyone was so pleased with them, but the customer service is really what made the difference. I cannot recommend this team strongly enough!!!
