I was searching online for a pin for my favorite video game and I could not find anything of the sort (unfortunately) and found out that you could just make custom pins. Now I made the order and forgot about it 2 weeks after, and when I checked my email again they were persistent as I got an email about every 2 days, which I am glad about since I do tend to forget things. When I did get back to my sales coordinator, Langly, she was super understanding and helped me with changing my order so I could get more pins.
