Everything was perfect! The packaging was very good and everything arrived sooner than I expected! The quality of each patch was outstanding! I am really very pleased with how well each patch turned out. I couldn't have hoped for better. The material is perfect, it's lightweight and easy to sew and the design is exactly like it is online. I'm very happy with this purchase and the price. I also thought I was getting just two patches but I received four! I don't know if those were two complimentary test prints as well. but i really enjoyed the service Fay provided and i will be ordering from you guys again once i have more projects etc. Thank you so much again best of wishes!

Initial order was well handled, and Penny responded quickly to a design change request. I was sent a photo sample for approval, and kept up to date through the production process. Patches posted and arrived slightly earlier than originally advised. Very happy, and would have no hesitation recommending this supplier.

She responded in a timely manner, met my request for a change AND changing my mind back again, and the order was still completed on the original timeline.
