I emailed late Friday afternoon with an idea for a pin and Landy from Customer Service got back to me the following morning with a design and quote. I greatly appreciate their help especially when I asked for a few changes to be made. A new quote was sent within just a few hours!

Supervisor Fay greatly helped me make a choice for customizing several kinds of lapel pins for both hard and soft enamel pins. As she mentioned on EDD, it took about two weeks from paying for the order to receiving the items. It was also impressive that each item was individually wrapped in paper.

we are very satisfied with the final product! The design team done an amazing job creating our badge from hand drawing, and they managed to match the colours with our Trust logo. The badge is well made and of a excellent quality. We were given discount on the price and received an excellent service. Ella was very helpful, supportive and patient with us. We ordered custom "flame" pins using our company logo - the proof/design came out exactly how we were hoping (better!). Fay was amazing and super prompt in all of her replies back to us throughout the process. Will definitely use GS-JJ again in the future!
