Ok, full and honest review: Before getting pins here, I shopped around at least 10+ vendors for enamel pins quotes and with the production time discount GS-JJ has THE BEST prices around, especially for larger pins (>1”), so I would definitely recommend them from a price standpoint. They are directly from the warehouse, have the easiest online ordering process, and make a high-quality end product in record time with zero fuss. My pin was on the longer side, and to maximize pin size, I liked that I could tilt the pin at 45-degree angle and order a smaller size to decrease the overall pin cost - Other vendors calculate pin size by the longest portion of your pin. They were also able to accommodate my request for half rubber and half metal clasp backing without issue. There were also no hidden costs at all for design/art and shipping which is always a relief! The biggest problem I had was that originally, a lot of the emails coming from the vendor were sent directly to my spam email instead of my inbox, and I couldn’t see them! However, customer service was phenomenal. Maybe it was just the agent I got (?), but Sophia was extremely friendly, flexible, and helpful. She was super dedicated and communicated clearly when working with me to give me updates regarding my order, photos of the finished product, and make sure I was informed throughout the process and had no issues. The time she gave me for product delivery was 100% accurate, and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and would definitely recommend working with her if you order from this website. I will definitely be ordering here again if future opportunities arise!!

Process was super easy, I had an issue designing my own and Lucy presented me with a design I immediately accepted, and a short period later they were on the way. Remarkably fast and easy for a custom-made product.
