This recent purchase will have been my third personally, and my 7th in general after recommending to my colleagues. I was very pleased with both the quality of the pins as well as the service that Fay provided. Fay went above and beyond in ensuring all my needs were met, and answering my countless questions I had when ordering my very first order. Fay made the entire process easier and extremely smooth. Regarding the pins themselves, they were far better quality than I expected. I ordered the soft enamel pins and they were everything I was looking for in a pin and are continuously getting compliments on how good they look.
