Excellent quality of product through attentive and caring customer support to ensure the final proof meets client expectations. Very pleased with the results, exactly as they advertise. Even thought the customer support is in Vancouver (for Canada), and the production facility is in China, the product ordered was delivered within the expected dates they promised. I recommend this manufacturer.

I received my pins earlier than expected due to Ella! She worked with me, going back and forth on the mock-up and really delivered on the final product. I would highly recommend working with this company as they were affordable and easy to work with, but especially working with Ella.
