The pin quality was okay but the flocking on the velour box I ordered with it was so bad that it ruined the presentation. I also felt overall misled by the company since they list all American cities on their website footer but the manufacturer is in China, so these did not arrive by the time I needed them to. I originally ordered because they have no minimum order and they're relatively cheap compared to other brands I found but I was not satisfied with the outcome.

Very annoying that they only respond in the evening hours. Because I was ordering these for a client project at work, it would take a full business day just to have one back and forth. Communication impacted the overall timeline of the project and resulted in late arrival.
