I have ordered many items, many times and I am always happy with what I receive. Shipping was a nightmare though. The notification I received said that It would be delivered FedEx. But UPS delivered it and required a signature. My products almost got sent back to China! Poor communication!!

Had an excellent experience purchasing custom coins with this company! I reached out to a few other companies to get quotes and some were not as easy to work with, however I had no issues with GS-JJ, their customer service reps were fast to reply and very kind to work with! From the very beginning I had a great experience with my purchase. I reached out to the company to get a price quote on a coin order, and I received quick reply from Lucy who was very efficient and understanding of what I was looking for! She worked with me to get the exact coin design I wanted, and I so very much appreciate the fast replies too so that I could get the order placed to receive the coins by a deadline! I had reached out to a few other companies for price quotes and let's just say some of them were not as easy to work with getting the design just right or being able to produce my order as quickly.
