The arrival of the furniture was delayed but that was understandable with the pandemic. When I called regarding the delays the customer service was responsive and kind.

I got a message to receive a 15% discount by putting the code FURNISHED, however, it would not let me apply it to my order. Why? This is infuriating. I want to get refunded for the suggested discount offered by your website. That was the deciding factor to buy or not. Please refund the 15%.

Our table is stunning in our space, the only complaint however is that the hardware that came with our table to assemble is not at heavy duty as our table is. The assembly team had several screws that stripped out while assembling.
