I got a very good experience of purchasing my inflatable paddleboard at Green Water Sports. What I liked the most is a support via chat. I used it twice to communicate about my order and in both cases I got responses within a couple of minutes and what is more important, I got my questions fully answered. The first question was about an order status and I was assured that 'On hold' is an expected status and my order will be processed soon and it had been processed ahead the provided schedule. The second question was related to a parcel what was delayed by USPS and I was assured that Green Water Sports assistant will be looking after the shipment and will contact USPS, if delay is continued. Of course, it is a coincidence, but the parcel was delivered just a few hours later. Therefore, I am satisfied with the customer support and can recommend Green Water Sports.
Product Choice
I had Red Paddle 10'6" Ride and it was time to change it to something more performant. I was choosing between Red Paddle Co Sport and Voyager model lines, because each of paddleboards had their own features. But in 2022 Red Paddle Co introduced 12' x 28" Voyager, which combined features of both model lines. As for Red Paddle Co Ultimate Carbon paddle it is the best-in-the-class paddle and I am thrilled how light and performant it is. Both products are fully met my expectations. Thanks to Red Paddle Co and Green Water Sports!

2. flexible configuration of a bundle, I chose a paddle and a leash I wanted
