Ended up having to pay for two extra designs because the site did not offer a template for the hang tag as pictured on the website (cut corners, etc.) Had to make a lot of calls to Greenerprinter to get it right (and pay $30 for extra design uploads). Could have been smoother if there was a design template available on the site for the hangtags as pictured on the item page.

I was given a delivery date at the beginning, but it was never stated that this was a date after proofs were approved. Nor did I know it would take two days to get the proofs back. Overall, I'll use the service again because you guys are one of the few companies that offer green products like this. But I'll just prepare for a month turn around.
