My first order went off without a hitch. I am an independent artisan starting up a business. This most recent order was placed a few months after the first. I had mislabeled two out of the ten. They fixed it for me. For this reason, I did not complain when the order did not ship on the ship date listed. I had to call and find out what happened. I was told my order was "messed up". The labels were cut that day and shipped. I had paid extra for shipping. Due to the mix up the arrival date was a few days later. However, they are easy to reach by phone. And the labels are high quality and turned out beautifully.

Good quality labels, but I would've liked a faster shipping option. UPS Ground took a whole week from CA. These could've shipped USPS Priority in much less time for roughly the same cost. I paid for rush production only to have to wait out the shipping. It caused a big bottleneck in our production.
