Site is beautiful! Photos are lovely, options are just what I'm looking for. But the cart does not remember my order. I had to re-enter my order 5-6 times after refreshing. (Many tantalizing options, but selecting them causes a pop-up, which introduces unwanted complication. After closing out window, order is lost. Using Mac / Chrome Browser). That plus additional forced exits, it took more than 10 tries to place this order. But I'm still confident in you guys!

I haven't gotten to the proof or finished product yet, but so far the process has been great and every choice along the way has a useful and informative pop-up option to guide you smoothly through the process. UPDATE - Proof process was accurate and easy and the finished product looked EXACTLY how I had envisioned it and designed it to look. Shipping from West Coast to TN was in a timely fashion. I think the whole process from design to holding a finished product was around a week. Pretty impressive. Would definitely use this service again!
