I received a gift card from theatrelandamerica from my boss. The e-mail told me to shop on theatrelandamerica.com, but that site had absolutely no events and nothing I could find. In addition to that, the markup, service charges, and fees are ridiculous. If I had not received a gift card for this service I would never have used it based on my experience, and I would never recommend it to someone else.

I was unable to choose the seats when purchasing my tickets, just the row. I haven't experienced this when purchasing tickets on other sites, so it just made me a little bit nervous. Other than that - easy and pleasant experience.
