The training is really more appropriate for a delivery/freight/manufacturing company and its a great application for that. We are a small company that is using this service for Driver safety purposes. Would appreciate a training that spent more time on the driver safety aspects.

It was a very good class. She answered questions very well. The flow was a bit fast for someone who has never used the system. I do not want to be critical just slowing down a little would be great. Enjoy your day and thank you again for the service.

There were some areas that the pace was just right and others that needed additional time. I understand its very difficult to cram that much information in to one hour. I will definitely be taking additional courses to further my knowledge of the ELD/in-touch program. I am a person who likes to take notes when taking a course so that I can look back on and review when needed. At the pace the session is taught I just couldn't take adequate notes. Overall I still learned some valuable information about in touch and the ELD's.

these types of training honestly could benefit from being automated videos that customers can go at their own pace and use to train other employees in their company. also so they can use them before having to wait for a webinar to set up their devices/tablets/portals.

The user interface of the GPSTrackit website is quite user friendly so some of the areas the training covered were things I had already figured out on my own. Of the things I didn't know, it was useful. We will be using the mobile app extensively, so I would like to have had some time dedicated to that.

I thought the training was helpful but could have been paced slower. It was hard to take notes and try and to use the program at the same time while listening and watching the webinar. Overall, the webinar was very helpful and answered a lot of my simple questions about the program.
