Quick start method has reduced swelling and pain and I have increased mobility after 3 days. Quick shipping, good info came with product. Will continue to see if any ill effects. Otherwise 5 stars.

Shipping issue. The address was incorrectly put on the shipping label. Customer service fixed it but never confirmed doing so. As a result I wasn't sure if it was fixed because the confirmation emails continued to show the wrong address. The error was corrected and I received my order.
