Easy to order but at order time I was allowed to use a PO Box for the delivery then was contacted later to inform me a street address was needed. Overall no problems. I like the crate pads have just used for couple of days but so far they are working

We needed a custom bed and the response was quick. They were packaged really well. The material is great, so far neither of our one and half year old Great Danes have scratched or chewed them. They both love laying on them and will forgo playing outside for napping on them at times.

Easy to order but some confusion over the free shipping that doesn't show up until the very last window. I had to bug you guys with a chat query and wait for an answer before completing the order. A simple note in the order process about shipping coming off at the end of the order would have saved us both some time.
