I am thankful for this product (the cap and shield) however, it is challenging to get the right fit onto the brim of your cap, and if you take the shield off of the cap to put on another cap, the plastic comes out of the molding and will not go back to the same fit. Very disappointing. I have sent several people to purchase these, but I am letting them know about this issue.

These face shield do not function as advertised. We tried them on numerous different hats with different brims, and they simply do not stay on. When we attempted to initiate a return, we were rudely refused (allegedly because of the COVID-19 situation), despite the fact that it is not disclosed anywhere on your website that they are unreturnable. We have initiated a stop-payment process through American Express and intend to file a BBB complaint.

For some reason I do not get a true red with my omni driver. Also I know I'm not the world's greatest solder man. But I will never try to solder tape lighting again. I almost wasted 200.00. The metal tab is so frail that you solder to. I was almost SOL numerous times. Literally cries installing it once because another tab broke off while getting it in place.

We know how frustrating soldering RGBW LED strips are, we try our best to convey that on our website. This note was on the product page for your LED strip, there is simply no easier way to solder RGBW LED's.
"We strongly discourage using quick-connectors with this LED strip, soldering is the only way to get a sure-fire, head-ache free connection! Don’t know how to solder? Let us make you UL-listed LED bars with 5-Year Warranty! We’ll also solder leads onto LED strips to any size!"

Not seeing the 80 dollar value. I bought a harmony universal remote for my TV that runs circles around this technology for the same price. This remote should at most be 35 dollars. The colors are very hard to single in. But at this point I'm glad it works. The pair was simple enough to the driver. I am only using 1 zone

They don't list the frequency of PWM on the website. But it is 1.5Khz. I had to change the shutterspeed on my camera to not get flickering but luckily that worked for me. I do not get a true Red when using a full length 96W load.

Thanks for the feedback, we're glad that you where able to find a solution that worked for you. We will be updating our product pages and spec sheets with the PWM frequency. If you need products with a higher PWM output frequency, our DMX decoders can be programed for up to 30Khz.

The only way to go. So much better than the products from Lowe's or Home Depot. Installation was a breeze and the lights illuminate the backsplash and countertop Perfectly. Highly recommend all products

I was impressed by the high quality of the lighting channel which will be used to create vertical light strips on a vanity in our re-modeled bathroom. Shipping was next day and the product was shipped in a rigid tube to prevent damage in transit.
