The website was unclear that the multi-port connector is necessary to plug in one led bar. A multi-port was ordered a week ago and still no notification of the item shipping. In contrast, the dimmer and led bar arrived in three days from order.

Had very limited space available for LED strip lighting in a cabinet. Found it here - excellent selection and quality of aluminum channels/diffusers. Also great customer support. Contacted them after Hurricane Irma hit, and they were able to deliver the channels I needed.

Order 5083 has not yet arrived. Order made on August 29 has not yet arrived on September 8. May have been delayed by holiday weekend.

No delivery delay, it came a day earlier than expected. I live in the hills of Mendocino so I usually wait longer for everything to come in the mail. Overall I had a great experience purchasing this great quality product. All I got to do is plug and play, I can't wait to see my mini bar lit up. Thanks a lot GlowbackLED???

Misunderstood puck lights were metallic instead of plastic with aluminum finish. ~$20/light is priced too expensive because of that.

Felt like I paid the same when you were shipping 50 as when you only had 35... then paid $30 for overnight and didn't receive for 4 days ..... other than that good product

I purchased this light for the pedalboard of my home pipe organ. Having looked unsuccessfully for several weeks for an appropriate "off the shelf" fixture, I happened on this company searching online for low-profile under-counter lighting. The person with whom I spoke before ordering was extremely helpful, and wanted to be sure I got the right options. This is the most elegant light of this type I've seen and I'll certainly be recommending it to organbuilders for this purpose!

The aluminum channel was great and exactly what I needed. However, the plastic lens that came with it and snapped almost in half when I was attempting to measure how much I needed. Luckily I bought more than enough length for my project and was able to use a non broken piece.

This is the third time I've purchased these light bars and drivers. They are terrific! They install easily and work perfectly. The service from Bluegate can not be beat. I placed this order on Friday morning and the lights were delivered Saturday. Couldn't ask for more.
