This is Kimberley's husband Scott. I am contacting you because the LED controller or remote I purchased from you doesn't seem to be working properly. Not sure why but when I plug it in the lights come on, then if I hit the Power button on remote, LEDs change to a different color. Also on the remote, if I press Green Button, green LED comes on, press Blue button, Blue LED comes on, but when I press Red button, it looks like the Green & Red LEDs come on, seems like a short somewhere. I'm using 16 gauge wire on Quick Connects to go from panel to panel and have cut each of the 16ft pieces down to size needed for each panel. I have checked and rechecked all of my connections and all are correct. Don't know what else to do. I was supposed to have the project finished today Friday (Jan 27, 2017) for unveiling at our show, but not going to happen. Thanks for your time and attention to the issue. Scott A. Received lighting kit quickly and it was easy to install. There was a slight issue with the product in that some of the double-sided tape wouldn't stick, but the company responded quickly when contacted and I was able to work around the issue and all is well.
